This is our favourite local restaurant. Alex and Alex who run it are such lovely people. The food is unique and delicious. The atmosphere is lovely, always nice art on the wall and good music playing. It serves many purposes. I’ve come in for just a coffee or a drink, I’ve had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. The stew I had the other night was amazing
The food here is completely incredible and that’s not even the afterglow from Saturdays beautiful weather talking! I’m glad my first taste of bubble and squeak was at Stella’s room, I’m sure all subsequent bubble and squeaks will be an anti-climax. Honorable mention to their impressive specials menu and the AMAZING service we received. Can’t wait to return!
Understated, underrated. Beautiful, calm, and cosy cafe and restaurant just off Muswell Hill Broadway. The breakfast of eggs Benedict was amazing and coffee was made to a high standard. Music selection was spot on with the decor and the staff providing a relaxed atmosphere. A hidden gem for a Sunday morning. I keep coming back and adding to this review! Just keeps getting better and better here! It's a perfect venue for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!

One of my favourite restaurants in London! The food is amazing, you definitely should have a Sunday roast there. The Yorkshire pudding dough is made there as well. Sarah is the sweetest waitress ever. And the owners Alex and Alex are just lovable as well. They always give us great suggestions, and ask us if we enjoyed the food and if everything went okay. My heart feels warmer each time we go there.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Stella’s. What a fantastic place! It really is a local gem. We had Sunday roast, and the food was fantastic. But more than anything I really appreciated the level of service and attention from Alex and her staff. Alex is so extremely caring, kind and easy going. She thought of absolutely everything. She provided an event planner level service for our event - from food choices, timings for everything (including hosting a band and having some people join just for drinks), to allowing us to stay as long as we wanted. Her staff were very attentive and kind too. Just a fantastic experience all around. It was also all very reasonably priced. Thank you, Alex and Stella’s team! I’ll be recommending you to everyone.
The best roast dinner in all of London. Such top quality ingredients, generous portion and amazing cookery. The 72hr homemade gravy is to die for. Would definitely recommend :)
